Sleepy raver by lomokev

Taken from my flickr stream 4 years ago. Such a different life style back then!

Cargo on sunday afternoon is a funny place, people are lounging about having a few drinks to sound a pumping techno / house sound track. Some people have clearly not been home all weekend. In fact me and Rockcake had a little snooze at one point. Makes a change I have seen people told that if the fell asleep in Fabric they would have to leave. Sometimes all you need is a little party / power nap to be fighting fit again

My United States of Whatever by lomokev

Shot with my new lomo lc-wide. Compared to the good old Lomo LCA it as a wide depth of filed witch makes it easy to get candied portraits of people as you don’t have to worry about there distance to the camera. The lomo lc-wide has 2 focus settings 40-90cm and 90cm to infinity for this shot I had it set on the latter, as long as the subject is no closer than 90cm its gonna be in focus, great for candid portraits. You can read review the review of the lomo lc-wide here.

Took this pic while I was teaching one of my Hot Shots courses. One of the tasks on my course is to shot a list of 66 things on 2 rolls on film in 3 hours. This was for a “stranger at 80cm”. got 1 more date in 2011 in brighten if anyones interested check my site for more details.

Double Exposed Pavilion by lomokev

This was inspired by Lisa’s amazing double exposure photos. Well more ripped off as she has got exactly the same shot but its ok as you can see that I have managed to line up the middle dome exactly! Also this was shot on an lomo LC-Wide and hers was on a lomo LC-A+.

She wrote a chapter of double exposures in a little book called Photo Op / 52 Photographic Projects you should check it out.

Taken on my Lomo LC-Wide check out my review.
